Before the session, you should ensure that you are in a quiet space with no interruptions for the hour. You will want to also have a space where you are comfortable to either lay down in or be seated comfortably. Most importantly choose a space that you will be able to fully relax in.
The session begins with a breathing pattern that will help you to reach a deeply calm mind space. As your guide, I will guide you through this breathing pattern, which is meant to help prepare you for diving into your subconscious or unconscious mind to get to the root of the issue or trauma.
Depending on the specific issue or trauma being worked on, the session may involve no talking between us, or it may include some questions that are meant to either be answered for you personally, or I may invite you to share out loud throughout the session. The intention here is to invite you to explore and understand the root of the issue or trauma and work through it.
As we wrap up the session, I will guide you back back to full awareness in your body, and provide an overview of the session. This would be an opportunity for me to ask you any follow-up questions to ensure you have fully processed the session. Before we part ways, I will provide you with some actionable steps that will help to integrate the healing into your everyday life, which may include exercises or practices that you can do on your own to continue the healing process.
